📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your package weight:
• 0-1 kg = $5.00
• 1-2 kg = $10.00
• 2-3 kg = $15.00
• 3-4 kg = $20.00
• 4-5 kg = $25.00
• 5-6 kg = $30.00
Estimated Delivery Time:• United States: 5-10 business days • Germany: 3-7 business days • Canada: 2-15 business days • Europe (UK, France, Italy, etc.): 6-12 business days • Rest of World: 11-30 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather disruptions.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
While we carefully package all orders, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll help you resolve the issue. You may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, so please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage.
If your package says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
• Double-check the shipping address
• Look around your delivery area
• Ask neighbors or building managers
