RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Majesties. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at majesties.official2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us at majesties.official2@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that there is no restocking fee for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return. We do not have any final sale items at this time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
