SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and produced within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Production time may vary depending on the product and current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-10 business days after production
- Canada: 7-14 business days after production
- Europe: 10-20 business days after production
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10-30 business days after production
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once production has started.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or your item is defective, please contact us immediately at majesties.official2@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Production Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays.
